Below is a list of questions / answers that spouses attending Orange Flag 2011 may find helpful. The 2011 Spouses Agenda will be posted soon.

1. What will the weather be like?

October days can be warm, up to 85? F (29.4? C) while evenings can be cool 50? F (10.0 ? C). Please bring clothing for this climate and a light jacket for the evening time.

2. What type of clothing should I pack?

All events will be casual dress. For dinner at the Buck Hotel you may choose to wear casual dress as well. There will be no requirements for formal wear or evening dresses.

3. What types of shoes are best?

Please bring comfortable shoes for walking. During the tour of the City of Philadelphia and shopping times, there may be a good bit of walking. You should plan to be as comfortable as possible during these times.

4. Will there be a lot of walking?

The tour of the City of Philadelphia as well as shopping may involve a good bit of walking. If you are unable to walk a distance or prefer not to, please let us know so we may make accommodations in our programming for you.

5. What if I have a special request?

If you have any special requirements (dietary, cultural, etc.), please let us know so we may make you stay with us as pleasant as possible.

6. What type of currency will I be able to use?

Most shopping establishments will accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Travelers Checks and US Currency. Please let us know if you will require any assistance with this.

7. What will be my financial obligation?

ETC will provide a light breakfast each morning. Lunch will be provided on the first and second day of the spouses program at no charge. Dinner will be provided at the Buck hotel on the second night of the event. All other dinners/lunches and personal spending (i.e. souvenirs, clothing, personal care items, etc.) will be at the expense of the attendee.
